For a relaxing stay

We are Katharina and Christian Lintner, and we live near Vienna with our daughters. As a family, we love spending time together in the mountains. In the summer, we enjoy long hikes and refreshing hours by the lake; in the winter, we are passionate skiers.
Bad Kleinkirchheim is a very special place for us. It’s where we find peace, recharge our batteries, and spend quality family time. Our love for the region and for nature inspired us to create our own vacation rental in this wonderful spot. We’ve furnished the Morgensonne Apartment with great care, heart, and attention to detail—and we’re very attached to it.
We hope our guests feel just as at home here as we do. At the same time, we ask that you treat our apartment with respect and care so that it can continue to be a place of rest and relaxation for many more guests to come.
Below, we have compiled our house rules for you. We ask for your understanding that some points are described in greater detail. These rules are based on our experience from our first few years as landlords and are intended to help ensure a pleasant vacation for our guests—while maintaining good relations with our neighbors and ensuring that the Morgensonne apartment is treated with the utmost care.
We would also like to note that we require a security deposit. We understand that, despite our best efforts, accidents can happen. In such cases, it is particularly important to us that any damage be reported openly and promptly. In most cases, these matters can be easily resolved through our insurance or our guests’ insurance.
The deposit applies only if items are willfully damaged or deliberately misused (e.g., drying gloves on electric radiators, which can be dangerous).

Parking lot

Two designated parking spaces are available for the Morgensonne apartment. The first parking space is located directly in front of the building, while the second is in the garage. You can see the exact locations of both spaces in the attached photos and map. Please be sure to use only these two spaces. Thank you for your understanding.
